    Join Ashley every Thursday at 10:30 a.m. and Saturday at 9:00 a.m. at Miracle Manor for a transformative yoga experience. Her classes focus on mindfulness, meditation, and holistic healing, providing a path to balance, wellness, and inner peace. Ashley is a seasoned wellness professional with over two decades of experience in trauma-informed yoga therapy, meditation, sound healing, and retreat facilitation and has trained extensively in various yoga modalities.
