Q: What time is check-in and check-out at Miracle Manor?

A: Your desert escape begins at 3:00 PM (check-in)! Take your time on departure day; check-out is a leisurely 11:00 AM. This schedule helps us prepare your peaceful space perfectly.

Q: Can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?

A: We would love to accommodate your request for an early check-in or late check-out, but it depends entirely on the availability of your room and the hotel's schedule. A small supplemental fee might apply. Please call our friendly front desk on the day of your arrival or departure to inquire.

Q: What is the cancellation policy for my relaxing stay?

A: We understand that plans can change! Here is the detailed cancellation scoop for our tranquil retreats:

  • Full Refund: Cancel 14 days or more before your scheduled arrival for a stress-free full refund.

  • 50% Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Non-Refundable: Cancellations made within 48 hours, or if you miss your scheduled arrival (No-Show), are non-refundable.

Q: Can we split the bill with separate credit cards?

A: No problem at all! We're happy to split the bill between multiple cards. Just let the front desk know when you check in or check out.

Q: Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

A: Certainly! If you arrive early or want to explore the Coachella Valley a bit after checking out, we offer complimentary luggage storage at the front desk.

A: Our waters are legendary! Miracle Manor is nestled in the historic Miracle Hills area, famous for its natural hot springs and rich history (including the nearby Cabot’s Pueblo Museum). Our mineral water flows from a deep underground aquifer, renowned for its incredible natural heat and concentration of therapeutic minerals—a source of blissful relaxation for decades. Our water is delightfully rich in various minerals, most commonly including calcium, magnesium, and sulfates. These treasures are believed to hold wonderful restorative properties for the skin and muscles, offering the ultimate therapeutic desert retreat.

A: Create a moment of shared bliss! Booking the spacious King Suite offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy a couple's massage together right in your room (available upon request).

Q: Do you offer day passes for the pools and mineral tubs?

A: Absolutely! Come soak up the tranquility. Day passes for the pools and mineral tubs
are $64 (subject to availability). It’s the perfect mini-retreat for a day of rejuvenation.

Q: Do you offer a fitness center?

A: We focus on a different kind of fitness—pure relaxation! While we don't have a traditional gym, the true workout here is unwinding and detoxifying in our therapeutic mineral pools. Check our schedule for weekly yoga classes!

A: Miracle Manor is dedicated to a peaceful, adults-only sanctuary (guests must be 21+). We strictly maintain this tranquil environment so all our guests can fully relax and rejuvenate without interruption.

A: Both the King Suite and Manor Suite feature a lovely private outdoor patio space. Additionally, the entire property is filled with relaxing nooks and communal seating areas for your enjoyment.

Q: Can I smoke in the room?

A: To keep the air fresh and serene, Miracle Manor is a completely non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and interior areas. (A $500 cleaning fee applies.)
