Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully.

The (“Guest”) authorizes Miracle Manor to charge my credit card for all charges for the room(s) being provided hereunder, all applicable taxes, fees and charges, food and beverages and such other and further charges related to Guest’s stay and/or use of the amenities and services at the Hotel.

Being the undersigned (“Guest”), I hereby agree that:

(1) Check-in is 3PM. Check-out is 11 AM. Any stay past 11 AM is subject to a late check out fee of $75.

(2) Miracle Manor is not responsible for personal property left in the room or otherwise lost or stolen. The safety and security of Guest’s personal property is entirely and solely the responsibility of Guest and not that of Miracle Manor. Guest accepts full and sole responsibility and liability concerning any personal property which is handled and/or stored as a result of Guest’s failure to remove from the room by the Check Out time. In the event you would like us to return any forgotten item(s) to you, this will result in a flat fee of $40 plus the cost of shipping. 

(3) While Miracle Manor will strive to ensure the safety of my items, that is my responsibility and not theirs. I accept full and sole responsibility for any loss or damage to any property during its handling and/or storage.

(4) A $250 cleaning fee per day will be charged against my credit card in the event that anyone smokes tobacco or there is any evidence of smoke such as smell, ashes, etc. in any part of the guest room.

(5) During check-in process I was shown the check out date, if I wish to leave early I understand that given discounts might not apply and I could be charged an early check out fee of $100.

(6) No one at the hotel including but not limited too – Management, Members, Employees / Staff, is responsible for accident/injury to guests or damage to vehicles while on Miracle Manor premises.

(7) Maximum room occupancy for each room is 2 people. No exceptions.

(8) All guests must be 21 years of age or older to have access to the hotel and spa.

(9) We reserve the right to charge your credit card for any missing and/or damaged items.

(10) Cancellation policy: Full refund is available if the reservation is cancelled 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to arrival will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of 50% of your total booking fee. Cancellations less than 2 days prior to arrival and no-shows will result in a full charge for the entire length of the stay.

I/We agree to be responsible for any and all reasonable legal fees or costs incurred in the event of legal action arising out of or related to this agreement. Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
